Norman “Butch” B. Earley, Jr., 65 of Osseo, MI, died Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania, OH. Born March 8, 1948 in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Norman B. and Lucille M. (Humphrey) Earley, Sr. Butch was a 1966 graduate of DeVilbiss High School. He retired from the Sam C. Earley Corporation as owner operator after 35 years. He was a member of the Barton-Smith Lodge, 613, F.A.&M., Scottish Rite, Valley of Toledo and the Zenobia Shrine, where he was a member of the Jesters. Butch enjoyed fishing, boating and the outdoors.
Butch is survived by his loving son, Jeffrey Earley. Grandchildren, Ayla, Andrew, Matthew and Aubrie. Brother, Bill Earley and sister, Nancy Allan. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Wesley.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 14, 2013 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where a memorial service will follow at 1:00 pm. Memorials may be made to Shriner Hospital for Children or Promedica Hospice. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
